• Charging Issues
• Screen Failure
• The above examples are commonly repaired in-store, same-day (subject to parts availability)
• Items NOT covered under warranty include:
• Liquid Damage, or faults caused by liquid ingress (including faults listed above)
• Physical Damage, including Broken LCD Screens, Dented or Torn Touch Membranes, Drop Damage.
• Software Caused by unlocking, hacking or debranding.
• Handsets which have been tampered with or repaired by non Nokia accredited staff. Contain non genuine parts.
